Unfortunately, we can’t allow parties, smoking, or pets on the premises. OVERVIEW: 1800 sq. ft. of living space, with constant upgrades since 2022 including renovated bathroom showers and furniture. The addition of a new patio section and a larger kitchen table provides ample space for guests to relax and unwind. The master bedroom also features a small office desk for guests who need to work from the comfort of the home. SURROUNDING AREA: Our townhome is conveniently located near popular restaurants and stores, including Starbucks, Chipotle, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Arby’s, Publix, and a neighborhood Walmart. The nearby 417 highway provides easy access to other areas. Guest has full access to the townhome (not shared with anyone else) along with the community pool. Entrances to the house are through the garage (used for check in) or the front door. I am available for communication through text message or phone call. I understand that clear and efficient communication is crucial for guests to enjoy their stay and I will always respond to messages promptly. As an added measure, I will also provide a secondary contact who happens to be a family member, to serve as a backup in case of unforeseen circumstances. This property is situated within a secure gated community, providing a safe and peaceful living environment. The community boasts amiable neighbors, who are always ready to extend a friendly welcome. Additionally, the community pool is conveniently located within a two-minute walk, offering a perfect spot for relaxation and leisure activities. Orlando, as a whole, is known for its remarkable safety, and visitors are always welcome to experience the warmth of the community. We highly recommend renting a car to make your stay in the area more convenient and enjoyable. Fortunately, we offer car rentals as well as this property. The town-home is ideally located, with a Neighborhood Walmart, Publix, Chipotle, Starbucks, and Walgreens all conveniently situated within a five-minute drive. For those interested in visiting the famous theme parks in the area, such as Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Disney, these attractions are all less than a 25-minute drive away, ensuring that you won't have to travel far to enjoy some of the best entertainment and recreation that Orlando has to offer.. The thermostat lowest cooling temperature is locked at 67 degrees Fahrenheit but can be adjusted upon time of booking or check in. The garage fits two standard sedans. Additional parking is available on the main street of the neighborhood at a first come fist serve basis but this is NOT GUARANTEED (no issues have occurred to date).
