Inside of the bedroom there is a small laundry area a beautiful bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped and the living area has a pullout. There is hot water, washer & dryer, dish washer and A/C-Heater. Guests have access to entire Cottage (living area, kitchen, bedroom, laundry and bathroom). Baldwin Park, located just across the street, is known for its tree-lined streets, charming architecture, and peaceful residential feel. Surrounded by lakes and miles of walking trails, it’s one of Orlando’s most walkable neighborhoods. There are various cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and a grocery store, all within walking distance. Baldwin Park is also very family friendly with many parks, playgrounds, and large green spaces. You will be minutes from Winter Park and Downtown Orlando, and less than 30 minutes away from Universal Studios and Disney World. The Orlando International Airport, MCO, is also only a 15 minutes drive. It’s quiet and residential, yet close to everything. The village center of Baldwin Park is within walking distance. There is also little traffic in the immediate area, so getting around by car is also simple. A car is needed to go to Downtown Orlando or to the parks. After booking, the guest will have a code giving access to the Cottage. It will be a self check-in & check-out. Lots of restaurants and coffee shop nearby, within walking distance and also short distance driving.
