Nearby: Cady Way Biking/ running trail- 1 min Downtown Orlando - 10 min Winter Park- 8 min Audubon Park- 5 min Disney/ Universal - 35 min Most waterparks - 30 min Convention Center - 25 min International drive- 25 min Advent/ Orlando Health Hospitals- 10 min Your home is walking distance to bus stops, cafés, restaurants, bars, lakes, and parks! Chamberlin’s Natural Foods grocery is just across the street. They have everything you need for healthy food options and coffee. Publix is a 15 min walk. All the essentials are supplied for long-term stays. - No smoking or illegal substances inside the house. There is a $250 fine for breaking this rule. - You will be near the Orlando Executive Airport, which has small and private planes coming in so you may hear planes flying every once in a while. - This is a duplex with someone next-door.
