Air Conditioning – We keep the central AC set between 68–74°F to ensure the home stays cool and comfortable. Since it’s shared with the neighboring unit, if you’d like it a bit colder, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen for you. 🔐 Security Note For your safety and peace of mind, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door/main entrance. It records exterior activity only. There are no cameras inside or in any private areas. Please park on the right-hand side of the driveway. You may notice other vehicles parked on the left — these belong to the second unit on the property. By parking on the right, you’ll have your own space and will likely not even see anyone during your stay. For the best experience, we kindly ask that all communication go through the Airbnb app, where we respond promptly. Our home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on a one-way street—very safe and friendly. This property is set up like a duplex with two separate units on site. The only shared feature is the driveway. Each home has its own private entrance, walkway, and fenced patio, so you’ll enjoy full privacy throughout your stay. Your unit is 100% yours — no interior spaces are shared. Just like in many apartments, you may occasionally hear minor sounds through the walls, your comfort and privacy will not be affected.
