Shipping container. Cozy container in College Park and near Downtown

This is a unique stay in a container that has been transformed into a studio. Similar to a tiny home but without climbing into a loft. The Container is outfitted with a Kitchen, Bath and sleeping area. Cozy and quaint is the best way to describe it. The location is in my backyard in College park, near major roadways for easy travel to the theme parks, Winter Park restaurants and Downtown entertainment. Guest may use the fire pit and outdoor seating by the fire pit. Also, there is a washer /dryer under the rear covered porch of the main house. The College Park neighborhood of Orlando is like living in a small town in a large city. Edgewater Dr. is the main st. and it boasts plenty of restaurants, bars, and mom and pop shops. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and family-friendly. College Park is a great neighborhood for walking and biking. There are several places within walking distance. Tornatores Italian restaurant, Olliies public house and Dubsdread Tap room are all within a quarter mile. CVS pharmacy, dry cleaner, banks and ATMs foxtail coffee all also within a quarter miles distance.
