This guest suite has its own private entrance, bathroom, and all important appliances (TV, Fridge, Microwave). While the neighborhood is very quiet, only a few blocks down the road there are many shopping malls, restaurants and stores. This studio is 15 mins from UCF, and 30 mins from Disney, Universal, and the MCO airport. This guest suite is located next to a main house, wall to wall like a duplex, with its own private entrance. You will have access to the entire guest suite and parking is allowed on the lawn to the left of the driveway or curbside. You may see the property owners and be greeted by them. The property owner lives in the main part of the house but the studio is wall to wall with the rest of the house with no shared spaces. Due to the owner’s allergies, animals are not allowed.
