RESORT PARKING RULES The Resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (or three large passenger vans). Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you. For visitors, there is a maximum of 10 cars per property. No trailers allowed. Guests have access to the whole house except two closets on the first floor, which are locked. We have a management company which will assist with check in and take care of any additional needs you may have such as cribs, pack & play, barbecue, etc. You may contact them for any additional needs you may have as well. They are there to help make your stay comfortable. Their office is a short distance from house and are only a phone call away. The area is a new development and you will have access to the spectacular 20,000 sq. ft. Oasis Clubhouse which is approximately 600 yards away. It has phenomenal amenities available to our guests. The club house includes a restaurant, gym, sundries store, business center, arcade, indoor kids play area, aerobics room, a movie theatre available for private use upon request and air conditioned cabanas for an extra fee. There are three pools: a kids splash pool with slides, lazy river and additional pool closer to the restaurant. There are two Greg Norman golf courses, six tennis courts and a volley ball court to continue a fun filled get away. You will be 15 minutes away from Disney. Uniquely placed for easy access to all the major parks. Concierge service is also available at the Oasis where you can set up excursions to places like the Kennedy Space Center or take a hot air balloon ride. Getting to and from the parks is very convenient. There are also plenty of stores and supermarkets within 10 minute or less drive. Champions Gate Orlando Directions Our house is located 10 Minutes from Disney World. Champions Gate is located at Exit 58 on Interstate 4, just minutes away from International Drive and area attractions. From Orlando International Airport: Take the North exit from the airport, to the Beeline Expressway Westbound also known as highway 528. Take the Beeline westbound to I-4. Take I-4 westbound towards Tampa and follow the directions above for those traveling westbound on I-4. From Orlando: Take Interstate 4 West to Exit 58. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp onto Champions Gate Boulevard. Take a right at the second light onto Masters Boulevard. The golf club entrance is located 1/2 mile on your left. From Tampa: Take Interstate 4 East to Exit 58. Turn left at the end of the exit ramp onto Champions Gate Boulevard. Take a right at the second light onto Masters Boulevard.
