Private, Quiet and Secure Location, No rear neighbours. 5 bedroom villa with boutique styled furnishing and bedding, 3.5 bathrooms, south west facing 30 feet private pool with separate Spa/Jacuzzi (heating extra). The accommodation boasts over 2,400 sq ft of living accommodation, comfortably sleeping up to 10 (including children). 10-20 minutes from Disney World and Universal, golf courses 5 minutes away. Our luxurious 2 storey villa is modern, fully furnished and decorated to a high standard.  Our recently remodelled impressive villa has 5 bedrooms with boutique styled furnishing and bedding, 3.5 bathrooms, south west facing 30 feet private heated pool (additional costs apply) with separate Spa/Jacuzzi. Includes an integrated games room.  In light of the current Covid-19 Pandemic and following CDC recommendations, our cleaning teams are now actioning a new routine to include additional sanitizing throughout our home. The extra sanitizing/disinfecting will include all door handles, cabinet and closet door knobs, keypads, lamp switches, washer and dryer knobs, hairdryers, faucets, blind chains, wall switches, remote controls etc. We have keypad access to maintain social distancing during check in/out. The villa is alarmed with additional secure key code access for the gated community. The property boasts an open-plan double-height family room with a wall-mounted 75" cable TV (Premier Package) and relaxed seating with patio doors leading directly out onto the pool deck. There is a fully equipped european style kitchen with glossy units, quartz countertops and breakfast bar/island, a nook with a casual dining area to seat 6, which looks out over the pool, The kitchen and utility room appliances include French door style refrigerator with ice-maker and filtered water, microwave, oven, dishwasher, large washing machine and dryer. The separate formal dining area has a table seating 6 located directly next to the kitchen.  There is a separate sitting room to the front of the property which is ideal for those quiet times, when you want to get away from it all or it could be used as a place for the kids to watch a DVD or challenge each other on the Wii, there is a 50" flatscreen TV in here with Roku. On the ground floor are two of the three queen bedrooms, the first has patio doors with direct access to the pool deck, it has a 32" wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, the second queen bedroom also has a 32" wall-mounted smart Roku flatscreen TV, both share the first of the 3 full bathrooms. There is a separate WC on the ground floor for shared use. Upstairs comprises of the master suite which has a king-sized bed and a 42" wall-mounted Smart Flatscreen cable TV, this room leads to a large en-suite with bathtub, shower, sink, dressing table and closet.  There are two further bedrooms (one twin room and one queen room to the opposite side of the property and these share the third full bathroom, both having 32" wall-mounted flatscreen cable TV's, 1 also having access to wireless Roku services. There is a separate seating area on the galleried landing with a desk and wifi printing facilities for those occasions when you might need to print your boarding passes or reservations (new inks arrive directly in the post, paper is provided in the drawer below). All towels and bed linen are provided and there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner for your convenience. There is air conditioning throughout, as well as ceiling fans for added temperature control.  There is a telephone provided with access to free national calls. The home is equipped with WI-FI throughout so that you can keep in touch with friends & family back home as well as surfing the net.  There is a pool table, air hockey table & table tennis in the games room, with Tennis Racquets, Badminton Racquets, 2 scooters and 3 Bicycles of varying sizes. Plenty for all members of your family to enjoy during your stay.  Outside there is an extended deck with pool and separate spa – comfortable loungers, table/chairs and BBQ (additional costs may be incurred) are provided for outdoor dining, the area also has a 70" smart wall mounted TV and additional seating in a covered Cabana/Gazebo. * Heating for the pool is $175 per week (heated to 86), please ask owner for the pool heat to be added to your booking (additional costs apply)?. * Cleaning costs are $150 per stay * BBQ/Grill is $70 per stay to cover gas and the additional cleaning. Please ask the owner to add this to your booking. The guests access the community via a gated access (codes will be supplied 1 week before arrival), cars are widely used in the community, with parking provided for 2 cars on the drive (no parking on the grass allowed as damage to sprinkler heads can cause repair costs to be passed on to guests). 3 bicycles are provided and 2 scooters for riding in and around the community. We are not on site but will be available via phone, text or email whenever needed. Upon receiving a booking I will send you a booking form and terms and conditions form for you to read through in your own time, sign and then send back to me prior to your arrival. Extra charges for Pool heat and BBQ/Grill This privately owned villa is situated on the exclusive Highgate Park gated community in Davenport, Orlando, Florida, which includes a tennis court and children’s playground.  This home is lucky to be situated on a corner plot without neighbours to the right and no rear neighbours, looking out over a conservation area, offering the perfect place to relax & unwind and watch the wildlife. The villa is alarmed with additional secure key code access for the gated community. Ideally located for Disney, Universal, SeaWorld (10-20 min away) and championship golf courses.  There are supermarkets just 5 minutes away such as Publix and Walmart, as well as  Pharmacies Walgreens and CVS.   Within a short distance you will find a large selection of restaurants, take-aways and diners.
