The studio is situated in a beautiful complex with well maintained grounds alongside Big Sand Lake. Guests have access to the communal laundry room operated using a credit / debit card $1.50-$2 per wash. Free parking. Lake access. Sunsets views over the lake, Jogging trails along the lake. We are located in Doctor Phillips a great area to be in that is easily accessible from most attractions and the airport. 3-minute drive to the orange county convention center ($6-$7 by Uber\Lyft) ** Note, it is not possible to walk to the convention center as it is on the other side of the highway. 3-minute drive to SeaWorld. 7 minutes to Universal Studios and 10-minute drive to Disney Springs and easy access to the airport via FL-528. The location allows for easy and convenient access to Orlando's main attractions within a few minutes. easy to get around with easy access to groceries, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Disney, restaurants, and I-4 / 482 highways. The studio is in Doctor Phillips neighborhood, a very safe and upscale bordering all the big attractions. Very quiet lake community. Disney Springs and parks - 10-15 minutes’ drive Universal & SeaWorld - 5 minutes Orange County Convention Center - 5 minutes The studio is right by "Big Sand Lake", highly recommended for an evening stroll to watch the sunset and the birds. Remember to catch the Disney fireworks outside at 9 and 10 PM! Next door to the Westgate Lakes hotel which offers some dining options. A car is the best way to get around in Orlando, but Uber/Lyft works great too. The convention center, international Drive and SeaWorld are within a $5-$8 Uber ride, 2-5 minutes away - typically cheaper than parking there ($25-$30 per day). You can park your car at the house and use lyft\Uber service. Disney springs and Universal studios can range from $8-$15. Whole-Foods, Walmart, Trader-Joe's and more are a minute away.
