To help guests settle in comfortably, we provide a starter set of supplies, including: -One roll of toilet paper per bathroom -One paper towel roll -Two trash bags -Dish sponge and dish detergent -Dishwasher pods -Laundry pod and fabric softener -Basic toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) No food, condiments, or seasonings are provided for hygiene and contamination prevention purposes. 🧺 Housekeeping -No daily housekeeping service is included -The property is professionally cleaned and inspected before check-in -Clean sheets and towels are provided according to occupancy -Mid-stay cleaning service available upon request for an additional fee -No washcloths are provided 🗑️ Trash Disposal Please observe trash collection guidelines and dispose of trash daily to help maintain a clean and pleasant environment. 📦 Online Deliveries -USPS does not deliver to vacation homes -Only UPS, FedEx, and DHL are recommended -Some resorts may charge package handling fees or decline deliveries entirely *We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages.* 🏊 Pool Heater Information -Price: $35 per day -Minimum requirement: 3 consecutive days -Maximum temperature does not exceed 95°F -Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance -The attached spa is NOT a jacuzzi and does not have jets -The spa can only be heated together with the pool and will have the same temperature Please note: -Pool heaters operate through heat exchange and may not function efficiently during cold weather conditions -Refunds cannot be provided if cold weather prevents the pool from reaching the desired temperature -The pool heater system includes automatic safety shut-offs during extreme weather conditions to prevent overheating Additional Charges Additional fees may apply if house rules are violated, damages occur, or excessive cleaning is required after check-out. We’d like to share some important safety guidelines regarding the use of the swimming pool, jacuzzi, and/or spa. These measures are in place to help ensure the well-being of all our guests. No Lifeguards On Duty: Please note that there are no lifeguards at the property. Use of the pool, jacuzzi, and/or spa is at your own risk. We urge all guests to exercise caution and act responsibly at all times. Children: Children must be supervised at all times when in or near the pool area. Running or playing near the water can lead to slips and falls, so please help keep them safe. Elderly Guests: The pool deck may become slippery, particularly during periods of heavy use. We ask older guests to take extra care when walking in these areas to avoid accidents. Slippery Surfaces: Increased pool use during the summer can result in water accumulation on the deck. To reduce the risk of injury, please walk carefully and do not run. Storms and Lightning: In the event of rain, thunder, or lightning, please refrain from using the pool, jacuzzi, or spa. Being in or near water during a thunderstorm is extremely dangerous. No Glass Policy: For everyone’s safety, glass containers are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area. Please use plastic or non-breakable alternatives. Be Attentive: We kindly ask all guests to stay alert and exercise good judgment when near the water to help ensure a safe environment for everyone.
