If your check-in or check-out time needs to be adjusted due to travel/ flight schedules, please contact us before booking to make sure we can accommodate. There will be a $50 fee applied if either check-in or check-out time needs to be adjusted, and a $100 fee if both times needs to be adjusted. There is no guarantee that that these accommodations can be made, but we will do our best! NO CONCERT OR MUSIC FESTIVAL GUESTS. Unfortunately, we have had too many guests damage the property while attending music festivals and leave glitter everywhere. NO PARTIES & NO SMOKING INSIDE PROPERTY No parties and No Smoking inside the Property or with patio doors open. These rules are strictly enforced, and subject to additional fees. NO PETS We do not allow pets at the property due to increased cleaning fees. If pets are identified as being on the property during the stay, there is a $500 fine per pet in addition to increased cleaning fees and damage reimbursement at property. HOUSEKEEPING Housekeeping provides starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towel, and dishwasher detergent, which may need to be replenished by guests during longer stays. We ask that guests provide coffee pods for the Keurig coffee maker and other groceries/ sundries. Please note that we do not provide pool towels or recreational equipment for the pool area, sports courts, or other recreational amenities at the complex. Please see additional House Rules below.
