The main pool area outside, where you also have a kids pool and jacuzzi, tiki bar, is shared with guests from other condos. As is the clubhouse with the fitness center, game room etc. Owner lives in Norway, cooperates with local management company. They have on-site reception in the clubhouse, maintenance department on-site, and is available if needed. Free parking right outside the condo. There is a supermarket and several restaurants within 5 minute walking distance from the condo. But (rental) car is usually preferred Owner have two condos, all located in the same building.
