We strongly recommend that guests do not make online or telephone purchases and orders using the property's address. Many delivery drivers are unable to enter the resort due to a gate code required for entry, and most orders are delivered to the resort's reception, incurring a $10 or higher fee per purchase. We have no control over deliveries and fees charged by the resort, much less over the integrity of the delivery. It's best to avoid this. One more note: we have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils. We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a small hygiene kit (soap, shampoo, hair conditioner) for emergency use. Our philosophy is that this accommodation experience should make you feel right at home—a concept distinct from staying at a hotel. Therefore, we do not stock the kitchen with perishable consumables or items that could potentially be tampered with or altered. We recognize that habits vary greatly across different cultures; consequently—and for the safety of all guests—we ask that you provide and bring along any specific kitchen supplies (such as seasonings) that you prefer to use. We also leave the replenishment of bathroom consumables (including toilet paper) entirely up to the guest's discretion and preference. All trash must be placed in appropriate plastic bags and taken to the trash bin. (If the trash is not placed in trash bags, the guest may be charged $80.00 USD.)
