FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, or coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in. TRASH DISPOSAL: Kindly take note that there is a designated Trash Room on each floor. Prior to disposing of your waste in the trash room, we kindly request that you securely fasten the trash bags. Your adherence to this procedure is greatly appreciated. ADDITIONAL CHARGES of $75 APPLY IF NOT COMPLIED where the owner has to send someone out to fix or repair or pay extra for cleaning.
