Lake Nona Country club with tennis courts, gym, and golf course within one mile of the house. The main house has 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom, Wash/Dryer, and Fully stocked kitchen. Backyard is fully fenced. Our home is impeccably clean with lots of charm. Property accommodates up to 4 guests. Ord. No. 2018-3. No garage access. No post surgery. The Airbnb consist of the front portion of the home with private 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has one queen size bed. One full bathroom with a shower, great room, living room, dining area, laundry room, dishwasher, refrigerator and microwave. Virginia, owner, lives in the back of the property. The house and back yard are not shared spaces. Virginia has her own patio space.
