The HVAC for the home is centrally controlled and typically maintained between 70–75 degrees, depending on the season. Guests in this unit can open or close the vent to adjust airflow and comfort. In addition, the unit is equipped with its own supplemental heater and AC, allowing you to set the temperature to your personal preference.
