Must be requested at least 7 days prior to arrival **BBQ, 5 burner with side burner for stovetop cooking is $30 per stay Homeowner provides hand soap, dish soap, dish sponge, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towel and napkins. Laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, and consumable items such as ketchup, aluminum foil, coffee creamers are not provided as per Florida ordinance post Covid Perfect for Work trips, travel assignments and extended stays. Two vehicles can park on the driveway. Do not park on the grass to avoid being towed. Plenty of street parking.
