Centrally located near Orlando attractions, theme parks, shopping, dining, and golf courses. A cozy and well-cared-for space perfect for respectful guests and memorable stays. Welcome to your Orlando retreat in the heart of MetroWest. This cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers comfort, convenience, fast WiFi, a private balcony, full kitchen, and open living space. Enjoy community amenities including the pool, gym, and barbecue area, all near Universal, Disney, Volcano Bay, shopping, dining, golf, and local attractions. Guests have access to the full condo, including both bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, private balcony, and in-unit amenities. Guests may also use the community pool and gym with the provided key card/fob during their stay. The key card/fob is located inside the office desk drawer in the living room. Please return it to the same location after each use and before checkout. Please do not lend the key card/fob to anyone who is not on the reservation. If the key card/fob is lost, stolen, damaged, or not returned after checkout, a $150 replacement fee will be charged. You’ll be just minutes away from top attractions like Universal Studios, Disney World, and International Drive, while still enjoying a relaxing, residential atmosphere. Code will be provided before arrival. • Pet-friendly: max 1 pet under 20 lbs. Pet fee applies. • No smoking inside the home. • Quiet hours apply per community guidelines. • Pool hours are enforced and close at 8 PM. • No trash in front of the door or in the parking area per community guidelines. Any trash left in these areas may result in a $250 fee. • Please note this apartment is in an established community and may have a few minor cosmetic areas we are continuing to improve. • Hallway floor note: When entering through the front door and walking through the hallway, there is a small wood transition strip on the floor. A rug is placed over this area for comfort and safety. Please do not remove the rug and use caution when walking through this area. • Smoke detector note: The hallway smoke detector was recently removed and will be replaced soon. No worries, the rest of the home has working smoke detectors in place. • Balcony door note: The balcony door opens and locks, but the knob can be a little tricky. To unlock or lock it, hold the handle firmly while pressing/turning the lock button at the same time. Please make sure the balcony door is fully locked when not in use. • Main bathroom note: The towel holder in the main bathroom is currently bent and will be repaired soon. Until then, guests may use the towel lever/hook provided for hanging towels. • Because the apartment may sometimes sit vacant for a few days between stays, light dust may appear. We do our best to keep the space clean, comfortable, and guest-ready.
