The Indoor space available is the "DOWNSTAIRS ONLY" which includes dual MASTER bedrooms, functional den with a large sleeper sofa, large living room, and full kitchen including everything you would find in your own home.
The outdoor space includes a private in ground pool, jacuzzi, covered cabana with overhead projector, gas grill, and much more.
Within 15 mins of Attractions
The upstairs unit/guest house is occupied by our co-host. You may see him from time to time around the property. He will not use the amenities during your stay and will always respect your privacy. He may be available to assist with special request and guest hospitality if needed. Please let us know in advance to request his services. Please Do Not go to the upstairs unit for assistance without first calling.
The property is located one block from a variety of restaurants. There is also a Walgreens pharmacy within walking distance. 24hr service station within 2 blocks of the property.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
