Cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Orlando apartment with a sofa bed. Adjoins another unit but has fully private entrances & outdoor seating area. Perfect for couples or small families. The location is a mix of industrial & residential areas on a quiet dead-end street with surrounding greenery & ample parking. Close to Lake Fairview Marina, Packing District & College Park restaurants, 5 miles from downtown, and convenient to stadiums, hospitals, theme parks & many local attractions. Long stays welcome! This cozy apartment adjoins another unit, sharing a couple of walls, but is completely private with two separate entrances — one to the living room and one to the bedroom. There is also a private outdoor seating area. The bedroom features a queen bed, blackout blinds, and an attached bathroom. The living area includes a sofa bed (linens provided), a dining area, and an equipped kitchen. The sofa bed is best for one adult or two children; an air mattress is available upon request if preferred. While the space can accommodate up to 4 guests, it is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults. Four adults are accepted only for short stays, and guests should be aware the sofa bed is not ideal for two adults. The surrounding neighborhood is a mix of industrial and residential areas. It’s an up-and-coming area that’s quickly expanding. While generally quiet, normal urban activity can occasionally be heard. You are welcome to enjoy your stay without concern about us; we are mindful of our guests and maintain a private environment while respecting your privacy. Guests have full access to the apartment, including the bedroom, living area with sofa bed, dining space, bathroom, and equipped kitchen. You also have a private outdoor seating area all to yourself. The surrounding green spaces are shared and available for yoga, meditation, picnics, or simply relaxing. We may occasionally be in these areas while tending the garden, but your private seating area is always just for you. I’m easy to reach. I work from home and might be around, so you’re welcome to say hello or ask questions in person. I also speak Spanish, so feel free to reach out in either language! There’s a lovable 12-year-old Husky-Shepherd mix on the property. You might see her walking around or chasing squirrels. Most of the time she stays with us, but curiosity may bring her near the apartment. She’s well-behaved, and just let us know if you’d prefer we keep her close while you’re here. At the corner of the street is Hogares CREA, which now has a bakery open to the public. The neighbors are quiet and cordial, and we’ve never had any issues. You might hear a bell ring at certain times of the day, which we’ve grown used to.
