Access is limited to the booking reservation via Airbnb. Whatever the number of guests is booked, limits the number of people who can stay at the property. Occupancy, regardless of age is counted. NOTE: Reserving Guest must be 25 or older unless accompanied by parent. Welcome to Urban Porch South! PARKING: 1.) Two cars maximum on the left side of the driveway. 2.) Oversized vehicle, e.g., "Dually" trucks have to park on Helen Ave (Perpendicular to Emory) HOUSEKEEPING: 1.) Please sleep under the comforter or remove the comforter. COFFEE, SNACKS, ETC.: 1.) You are welcome to the water, soda, etc. in the refrigerator. Please be sensible on amounts. 2.) You are welcome to the coffee in the freezer/refrigerator. Creamer is in the refrigerator and sugar by the coffee maker. 3.) Snacks (chips, etc.) are there for your enjoyment, in moderation, please. FIREPIT: 1.) There is wood and kindling to start a fire. 2.) Please extinguish the fire when you are finished for the night. The hose is close by. GENERAL: 1.) No heavy/excessive drinking is allowed. 2.) Our property is not adolescent friendly. We do not have cribs nor childproof cabinet locks, etc. 3.) The property is limited to two bedrooms for sleeping. The living room is not a sleeping area, i.e., the couch is not a bed. 4.) Occupancy needs to be accurate the time of making the reservation. OCCUPANCY REGARDLESS OF AGE IS COUNTED. If you book it for you and a guest, then it is for you and a guest and not friends and neighbors to come over to sleep. 5.) Please avoid using heavy perfumes/colognes and sprays while in the unit. Some guests are sensitive to odors. 6.) We have worked hard at renovating this little treasure. We want you to enjoy your stay; however, it is not a place to run drugs and/or entertain "guests" from 10:00 pm until 7:00 am in the morning. 7.) Please do not lie/sleep on top of the comforters. If stains get on them (as they are made of high-quality materials) they will stain and have to be replaced at the guest's expense. QUIET TIME - COVERED SCREENED PORCH: 1.) From 9pm - 7am, please be respectful of the adjacent neighbors as well as the house guests in "Urban Porch North". This is not an "Event" property. This is a beautiful property that you can relax and enjoy time away from the northern cold, stress of life, a place to stay on business and/or take in the events that Orlando has to offer! With the above given, this property has amenities that very few Airbnb rentals offer and for that matter most homes.
