DETACHED GUEST HOUSE Enjoy our recently renovated guest house with a charming porch, detached from the main house. The house is beautifully decorated, and it has spacious bedroom w/ a comfort bed (tempur-pedic), a fully stocked kitchen, and a elegant dining/ living room (w/ sofa bed/ futon) Very central locate!! We are close to major highway (408, 417) 15 min from airport, 25 min from Disney/ universal park. This space was create thinking about your comfort. will love our porch. The guest house is compose of one (01) bedroom (with a tempur-pedic queen bed) 1 full bathroom, a living/ dinning room (with a sofa bed), kitchen & a porch. Our guest house is totally detached from the main house. Also, it has its own private entrance, and we provide parking space. In addition, we have self checking with keypad. Sleeping arrangements: - 1 Queen bed (tempur- pedic mattress) in the bedroom. - 1 sofa bed (a futon couch) in the living room. We live next door, so we can assist you with anything that you need during your stay with us, so feel free to contact us. Our guest house has its own private entrance next to the main house We are close, so we will be able to handle quickly any need. Our neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. You can walk to the park that is few houses away! Also we are close to many restaurants, supermarkets, shopping and more. (Also there are public transportation couple block away) PLEASE NOTE - We do not accept any kind of pets. (Without any exception). $150 violation fee & cancelation - You can’t smoke at our place (all kind of cigarettes are prohibited, please note there are smoke detectors at the property, and a $250 p/day violation fee will be charge). - Children are welcome! But sadly, we do not have special amenities or accommodations provide for them (toys, beds, safety measures, etc), so if you bring your child, you must be aware of that. - Only the people include in the reservation can stay at the property (we do not accepted reservations make by a third party). Violation penalty fee $150 & the reservation lost. - We accommodate 3 guest max (they must be included in your reservation) $150 violation fee p/p - Not parties ($150 violation fee & reservation cancelation ). - Check out late: $50 (for 1hr, after that you could be charge for the next day). For avoid being charge, please ask us if you need check in earlier or check out late before you do. - Please make sure you have all your belongings before you leave (double check). We do not ship items left on the property, and we aren’t responsible for them.
