Or visit the famous Florida beaches on the west or east shores. Tired of driving? Stay here and enjoy local life: community pools, volleyball courts, pickle-ball and tennis courts, and craft breweries. Local hidden gem restaurants are all just a few miles away or within walking distance. Want to visit a downtown event? You are close enough for an Uber ride, so no need to worry about parking or whether you can drink or not.

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
