Guests may enjoy the outdoor areas, dock, swings, pool, fire pit, and balcony, but adult supervision is required at all times, especially around water and elevated areas 🎉 Gatherings & Neighborhood This home is located in a quiet, family-oriented residential neighborhood. • Only small daytime gatherings are allowed and must be pre-approved • 🚫 No parties, events, or disruptive behavior — strictly enforced 🛡️ Safety & Security For safety and security, the property is equipped with exterior security cameras (clearly disclosed and visible). These record motion activity and may be reviewed or submitted to Airbnb or local authorities in the event of illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior. 🚭 No Smoking Policy Smoking of any kind — including cigarettes, vapes, and e-cigarettes — is not permitted anywhere on the property.
