The only shared feature is the driveway. Each home has its own private entrance, walkway, and fully fenced in patio, so you'll have full privacy throughout your stay. Your unit is 100% private and yours - no interior spaces are shared. Just like in many apartments, you may occasionally hear minor sounds through the walls, your comfort and privacy will not be affected at all.
