What makes this place unique is although shops & the airport is a close drive, the area feels peaceful and secluded. Stay includes: Self Check In. Flexible check in time. * Up to 5 free car parking spaces on property premises (1 in garage, 4 in the front, 1 in the back) * TV in each bed room including living room * Free WiFi * Full use of Washer & Dryer (Laundry detergent provided) * Standard kitchen oven under stove+Counter oven to toast bread etc. *Fully equipped kitchen *coffee machine + coffee pods * Electric kettle * Rice cooker * Iron + Iron board * Hair blow-dryer in each bathroom * Small Portable Charcoal Grill * Master bedroom with luxury king bed and private bathroom (Stand-up shower) + closet. Sleeps for 2 guest + child. * Luxury leather futon in master bedroom. Sleeps for 1 guest. * 2 other bedrooms: Each has a queen bed and shares a bathroom (Garden tub with a hand rail) located outside the room. Sleeps for 2 guests each bedroom. * 2 queen 22” air mattress. Sleeps for 4 guests if needed. Located in garage. Standard pillows, blanket + bedsheets/pillow sheets are located where air mattress is. (See photos) * (If needed more towels to accommodate your party, please request before arrival) You’ll have the entire home to yourself and to the guests in your party. I am a text or phone call away. My Airbnb is within driving distance to several restaurants, grocery shops to clothing shops to homeware shops, and so much more. Whether driving or Uber, it won’t cost you much being on road. While Disney is also fairly a close drive (20 mins)for all the families wanting to make this Florida Disney trip. Perfect for weekend getaway, business trips, staycation, work-from-home alternative, family vacation, early next day flight stay - or cozy home base while exploring everything Orlando has to offer. The airport is a 12 minutes drive away. Although shops are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. This location makes it very compatible for commute. Home will be 4 blocks into the neighborhood, located on a corner lot - fully fenced. Up to 4 free personal car parking spaces on property premises. I have cameras surrounding outside of the property + 1 inside garage + 1 inside back patio. They will stay on during your stay. If you don’t like it, my space is not for you. Violating my camera system by Unplugging or Moving camera direction will be a extra charge of $100 per night per camera. Any type of smoking inside home will result in a $500 odor clean up fee. PET FEE: $30 each day per pet. If you don’t put on your reservation you are bringing a pet, there will be a pet fee fine of $100 each day per pet. Please be responsible and pick up after your pets on the property and off the property. Unclean dishes left in sink or on counters will result in $100 fee. My cleaners are there to clean the floors, walls, bed etc - not wash dishes. Thank you for understanding in advance. EXTRA disrespectful- messes will result in cleaners deep cleaning fee which is $300 on top of paid cleaning fee in reservation. If you would like to check in earlier, reach out to me so I could see if I can accommodate you. - Check out time is 11 AM. There will be a late check out fee. If you need a little extra time, reach out to me as far in advance as you can and see if I can accommodate you. If you did not reach out to me prior to check out time, guests checking out after 11am will be charged $40 per hour they overstay in this home.
