It is centrally located near Universal Orlando, Walt Disney World, SeaWorld, and many shops and restaurants. This property has a full service 24 hour front desk, multiple restaurants, outdoor pools (including one with a water slide, pirate ship,quiet pool), and 24-hour gym. Units feel like home, with a kitchen/ Kitchenette, washer/dryer, and separate living area.
Guest will check in at resort front desk in main lobby. Guest named on reservation will need to present physical Valid Government issued identification and a major credit/ debit card (with matching name as ID that’s presented) at check in.
Resort will place a $200 security/ incidental hold on card. Hold will be released at checkout as long as no charges and or major damage (including smoking) is made to room.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
