Relax and enjoy the serenity of this historic guesthouse with large grounds and a beautiful lake. Start out your day with a cup of your favorite coffee out on the balcony or shoreside, watching the sun reflect off the lake and listening to nature. Then take out a kayak or paddle board for a bit of cardio before heading out to the parks, or enjoy some of Orlando’s hidden secrets for a bit of local fun. When you get home from your event filled day, relax by the fire pit and enjoy your favorite beverage while the kids play in the enormous back yard or in the pool. We are centrally located so you have easy access to the attractions, downtown, and close to many neighborhood parks both kid and dog friendly. This space is pet friendly, be sure to select the correct pet option when booking. We only ask that your dog is house broken and require that your pet is not aggressive. Please be advised, there may be other dogs on the property and any damages caused will be billed. All guests have access to the outside common areas, yard and the lake. You have your own private balcony that is exclusive to the guest use only. Additional guests who are not on the reservation are not allowed without prior approval. Quiet hours are between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. this does not prohibit the use of the outside/common areas, we just ask that the noise be kept down. Let us know if you have any questions or need anything. We are here to make sure your stay is enjoyable! Quiet little neighborhood, located off the main streets. Great for people looking for a bit more quiet. Street parking is easy, plus you have the one spot reserved for our guests in the driveway. 10 minutes from I-4, 408 and 528 so getting off to the attractions area, over to the beach for the day or up to the natural springs is a breeze. The property is pet friendly, please pickup after your pups. SPA/Hot tub & Pool are available 365 however there may be a fee for heating, please see house rules for specifics. Baggage/luggage storage is available for early check in. Guest/Lessee must be present throughout the duration of lease/stay. The property is non smoking(including vaping and e-cigarettes). Please park in front of the garage bay closest to the street. If you have more than one car please park it on the street and not behind your first car. Please no parties. No exceptions. To pull down the blinds, hold at the top and gently pull down on the bottom. Accommodation interiors/decoration subject to change at the discretion of the property owners. Grounds are seasonal, not everything is always in bloom, even Florida has a brief winter season when leaves are dropping and it is a little chilly. There are cameras around the exterior of the grounds that will capture comings and goings. These are for for the protection of you as well as us. There are no cameras in the interior of the guesthouse and none of the exterior cameras capture the interior spaces of the guesthouse. Your privacy is protected. Temperature controls are done via a programmable smart thermostat that has a range available for guests to make their own adjustments. All amenities are not always available to guests, if you have something specific you are hoping to have access to or use, please reach out to us in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience ahead of time, but there are times that we, the owners will reserve them for our private use. We do of course communicate with our guests in advance so you will always be aware of this as far before your stay as possible. And finally, this is an historic old home with large grounds that requires maintaining to keep up. There may be times where we have workers onsite or may be doing work ourselves to maintain the property. Again, we always communicate in advance with our guests and do our best to minimize any impact the work might have on our guests.
