Private room in home. Private Room and Bathroom 15 Minutes from MCO!

My family home has a wonderful private room for use by travelers on a budget! The mini studio comes with a queen sized bed, bathroom, nightstand, chair, full closet, table, fridge, microwave, coffee and TV with Roku! We are located 12 minutes from Orlando International Airport and 10-15 minutes from Downtown. Please note we do have a dog. She is very friendly, but please let us know if you have a dog allergy. My parents live in the home and will be happy to help you with any questions. Private entrance with small welcome area. Main room with tv, fridge, queen bed, microwave, coffee machine, and desk. Attached private bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Outdoor shared pool. Guests may access the backyard, and private studio. Readily available through phone, text, email, and in person. Park on the side of the garage. Please note we have a dog as seen in the picture listing, but she will be in her cage during your stay. If you would like to pet her though she is friendly! If you would like her to be out of the house during your stay, that can be arranged by request.
