This adorable, super cozy villa is the perfect retreat for someone looking to be close to the attractions and minutes away from downtown Orlando but tucked away from the touristy crowd. And because we are centrally located, you can be at Disney, the beach, Lake Nona Medical City, MCO Airport or Cape Canaveral in no time! Great option for just a couple or a family! There is parking in the driveway and a huge backyard, fenced for privacy. The property has 2 rooms with queen-sized beds and bathrooms in each room. You have access to a spacious living room area, a porch, and the backyard. There are two parking spaces available. The area is quiet and peaceful. You can use the whole house.
