Home away from home. 1BR, 1 BA, kitchen, laundry room, dining area, separate entry. Airbnb is part of my home but guests do not share any rooms. Close to airport and theme parks. Near major highways; Beaches are in driving distance. This is part of my home. I have converted the garage as rental property. You will have a separate entry, kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. Guests will have access to the pool and BBQ grill in the back yard. Please note that the pool is not heated and therefore not warm enough to swim in during cooler months (October through May). But you may sit outside in the back yard on the sun loungers or chairs anytime if you'd like. This is not a private pool. Pool is shared with homeowner and guests. Guests can contact me anytime during their stay. I will be on premise. If not, I will have a backup contact. Close to airport, major highways, theme parks and driveable distance to beaches.
