Step outside and unwind in the bubbling jacuzzi or soak up the sun on one of the comfortable loungers. They will have access to the entire home and backyard, only some closets and one door in the laundry room are locked up for host use , on the backyard , clients won’t have access to the shed and also to the gate that go to the equipment room. If the total number of guests exceeds the amount reserved, an additional charge of $30 per person, per night will apply for the entire stay. For example, if your reservation is for six guests but eight arrive, and the stay is for four nights, this extra charge will be applied for each additional guest ($240.00) for the four nights).
