Nice modern 1sr floor unit located in a private community well maintained resort style and close to the Orlando International Airport MCO, Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Convention Center & Lake Nona Medical city.
The rooms are very clean, modern, and comfortable. Guests are welcome to use the common areas as living room, kitchen, Patio, and also the pool that in in the house.

I am a vacation homes property manager. I have been in Vista Cay for many years. I can always guide you with any need you might have.
The community is a resort style neighborhood that has a basketball court, kids playground, barbecue area, gym, gas station, retail stores, Publix and Walgreens on-site within walking distances. There is also a shop down the road with restaurants, bars, massage & spa and a beauty salon.
Public transportation does not access the community but I do recommend using Uber or Lyft if you are not driving, the unit is about 20 minutes to the airport and 5 minutes to restaurants, shopping, and retail areas. Universal Studios and Disney World is 15 minutes away.
The unit is self check in with an electronic door lockbox.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
