Our cozy and comfortable guesthouse offers two soft queen beds, a full bath, and 2 smart tvs, you'll have ample space to unwind. Our place is perfect for 4 adults. The kitchenette is well-equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, cups, plates and utensils for light meals, and our Keurig coffee machine is ready to brew your favorite morning pick-me-up. Located in a prime spot, you'll be just minutes away from popular theme parks, making it easy to enjoy all the excitement the area has to offer. Plus, with free parking available, your travels will be hassle-free. Come and experience a stay that's as convenient as it is comfortable. We can't wait to host you! 🐶 Pets: We are dog friendly. Your pet will love our fully enclosed backyard. The dog can also be walked by the neighborhood sidewalk. There is also a community park 1 mile away, perfect for dogs. Trained dog is allowed for a $150 fee (only 1 dog allowed). The fee may be waived for registered service dogs. Must provide valid registration number with the United States Service Animal Registrar. Service dogs must always be with guest, and not be left behind for any reason. Pet fee is paid before checking-in. Please review our pet rules. Please let us know your dog’s breed before booking. Location location location!! focus on location because it is possibly the most important detail when booking a vacation home. Nearby attractions: * 10 min walk to convenience store, Papa John’s Pizza, and Shell gas station * An Incredible 3 min drive (35 min walk) to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Volcano Bay. Uber ride is only $8. Universal Parking is $35 per day! We cannot guarantee any early check ins prior to 24 hours before arrival, and we cannot accommodate a late check out request made within 12hrs of departure because they are based on availability. Guests will have access to the guesthouse only and are not permitted in the backyard. Parking space is in the front of the main house for one car only. Doctor Phillips is an affluent and very quiet neighborhood—it is also known as the home of Bay Hill, one of golf's greatest legends, and secures one of the finest golf courses in the world. What’s around? Doctor Philips is the center of everything and it is 5 min drive from local restaurants and bars such as Ruth Chris, Season 52, Morton's , Moon Fish, Rocco's Tacos, Roy's, Eddie V's and many many more; all these are located on Orlando’s famous “restaurant row”. I encourage you to PAY CLOSE ATTENTION and look at maps before booking in the outskirts of Orlando or nearby cities like Kissimmee, Davenport, Champions Gate which are not ideal. These cities are far from everything, but feel free to stay there if you enjoy driving. Focus on location because it is possibly the most important detail when booking an Airbnb. ✨ Extra things to know: - This is a guesthouse attached to a single-family home. It is extremely private, and it has its own entrance on the side of the house. - Please request in advance our complementary Pack and Play and highchair before check in. - No access to the pool or home backyard. - This house has a limit of 1 car parking space. - Security Cameras on the outside perimeter only.
