HOA has a noise ordinance rule that limits the sound coming from properties after 11pm. Unless previously approved, no pets allowed in this property NO SMOKING ALLOWED, if evidence of pets or smoking is found during or after departure, full damage deposit will for forfeited
Please remember that this is a self-concierge condo. A 'starter' pack of 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of TP, small soaps, DW tab, small dishwashing detergent, is provided. There are NO food items provided.
Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
