This is a nice family home located in a convinient área of Orlando. 10 minutes away from the airport and 25/30 minutes away from main attractions
Lovely house, cousy, like your own. Stores and parks close to it. And very secure
Living room and dining room are allowed , also the gym area and guest bathroom in 1st floor. But kitchen, laundry room and covered garage are not allowed. The use of the microwave in kitchen is ok but it has to be clean after use.
We are cristian and friendly. Always love to smile and to see smiles. If we are home and you need to chat, you can count on us

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
