Welcome to your spacious POOL home located in a quiet neighborhood in Central Orlando! - 10 minutes from airport - 15 minutes from Universal - 25 minutes from Disney Enjoy this cozy & fun 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home that sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. The LARGE backyard is a true sanctuary with a stunning pool with plenty of patio space to relax, whine down and enjoy the Florida sun. Please read full description before booking! BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, shared bathroom with shower Bedroom 2: Queen bed, shared bathroom with shower Bedroom 3: Full over Full Size Bunk Bed, shared bathroom with shower (Top Bunk weight limit 250lb) The fourth bedroom of the home has been enclosed off completely and hosts guests. These guests do not have any access to your home or backyard, it simply connected like an apartment. All windows are equipped with privacy screens, both in and out, to ensure privacy for both guests. LIVING ROOM includes a large sectional sofa with power recliners and 65” flat screen Roku TV to make a relaxing evening with the family. KITCHEN is fully stocked with dishware, cookware and utensils. Coffeemaker (coffee and creamer provided!) and air fryer/toaster oven combo also included. Other appliances include a Gas stove, microwave and refrigerator. POOL: The pool area includes a in-ground swimming pool (8 feet deep in the deep end) and surrounding deck that has pool toys and two lounge chairs to catch some of Florida's sun rays. In the patio area, you will have a propane grill that is also available to use plus a dining table and other comfortable seating. Backyard is fenced in all around the property. The pool does not have a heater but it is warm almost year-round. Please note: the door leading to the pool from inside the home has a child safety doorknob cover for safety. Parking available in driveway for 3 cars. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am nightly. Absolutely no parties will be tolerated. Please respect our neighbors! Additional visitors must be notified of and approved by hosts. Unauthorized guests will be subject to additional guest fees. $75 pet fee per stay. 2 pets maximum. Please note: pets are not allowed on furniture or in the pool. Pets must be picked up after outside. Additional cleaning fees will apply for excess hair or pet stains. Additional cleaning fee for pet clean up: $50 If pet hair found in pool, $250 for chemical imbalance and pool pump repair. Propane is provided for the grill and please make sure to brush grates after each use. Early check-in may be available for your stay. Please message us if you would like to arrive earlier than 4pm.
