The room is roughly (11.6 ft x 12 ft) = 139 square feet. BEDROOM Includes: - Full Size Bed - 55" 4k Smart TV - Room doors are equipped with code or fingerprint lock - All commom areas are SHARED and accessible to all Airbnb guests. PARKING: Let us know If you are arriving in your own vehicle so we can prepare for parking accordingly. 1. For the safety of our guests and their vehicle, we prefer that our guests park their vehicles on an empty spot on the driveway (Driveway parking is first come, first serve) 2. If there is no empty spots on the driveway, there is parking available on the street closest to our driveway so that your car is within view of our security cameras. All bedrooms are private areas and are only accessible by each individual Airbnb guest. Bathroom may be shared with Airbnb guests nextdoor if the room is booked. Common areas of the home (Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Laundry Room) are all accessible to all Airbnb guests. 📷 RE: Security Cameras: For the security & protection of all residents and Airbnb guests, please be advised that security cameras are VISIBLE in all "Common Areas" (as listed above) inside & outside perimeters of the property. ** By law & for the privacy of our guests, there are no hidden security cameras or monitoring devices of any kind inside bedrooms or bathrooms AT ANY TIME. We are happy to either interact and spend time with guests or give them their space. In addition, all Airbnb guests may have regular day to day interactions with (our 17 year old Beagle, Dalmatian & Jack Russel mix) Dog 🐶 Nanu as well as the hosts who live on site. Nanu doesn't only like to greet every guest at the door when she can hear you... but she also enjoys notifying the entire house 🏠 upon your arrival with a few barks!! We also dog sit on the side so you may meet either a Frenchie named Gunther or Catahoula Hound named Cooper🐕 ‼️RE: Noise level‼️ Although we set our quiet hours between 10:00pm to 6:00am, which means noise level inside the house is kept at a minimum during those hours, (at "a minimum" meaning less activity in the residence). Please understand that it is not possible for us to control the noise level to a complete dead silence because there are other guests that may work during odd hours. Therefore, you may hear other guests showering, either leaving or returning & things of that nature. Please keep in mind, we do not enforce any curfews on our guests due to their work schedules. Not to mention traffic noises of cars driving by etc.. If your hearing is sensitive to low noises, we offer ear plugs for those that require complete silence in order to fall asleep. Please feel free to inquire so we can elaborate further. As always, we ask that you bring such things to our attention so we may address it accordingly to make your stay as comfortable as possible☺️ The home is located in a subdivision. Property is located on a cul-de-sac in the back of the subdivision, so there is minimal traffic. There are several things to keep in mind before you book & for the duration of your stay. As your hosts, we pride ourselves in our ability respond to our guests quickly and "in real time." The hosts live on site & we're available for contact 24/7: ⭐️ We always encourage our guests to communicate any issues or problems with the hosts AS IT IS HAPPENING! It goes without saying, if we don't know that there is a problem, then we won't know that something needs to be resolved. Additionally, the rooms are located on the 2nd story that is situated above a Private bedroom/Private bathroom listing that may be occupied by other Air Bnb guests is not permitted❗️ Please feel free to inqire so we can elaborate & as always, we ask that you bring such things to our attention so we may address it accordingly 🚘The host(s) offer "Pick-up" and/or airport "Drop-off" service ONLY (also Includes an option for a connecting stop for meal pick-up, upon the guest's request at no additional cost). We charge a flat rate of $15 each direction (or $15×2 = $30 total roundtrip). This service is subject to availability, should you opt for this service, please be sure to inquire about it at the time of booking so that the hosts can plan accordingly to properly accommodate your transportation. 🚖Furthermore, guests also have the option of using any transportation service that is offered by the airport such as Uber, Lyft, Shuttle, or Taxi. However, we recommend that guests who plan to visit for more than a couple of days rent a car in order to make the most of your visit. 🛑Other than Airport "Pick-up" & "Drop-off" service, the hosts do not offer any other transportation services for Airbnb guests for the duration of their stay. ‼️We DO NOT accept bookings for 3rd party guests or unaccompanied minors under any circumstances. ❗️1. IDENTIFICATION: Booking guest must match the Airbnb profile used to book at time of "check-in" for the following reasons: * To prevent 3rd party bookings or unaccompanied minors * For the safety of the hosts and other Airbnb guests * For identification purposes, we CANNOT honor any bookings for guests that do not have a legitimate profile picture at the time booking. We may ask for a pic so we are able to identify you upon your arrival. (ANY attempts to circumvent the rules will result in an automatic cancellation WITHOUT a refund)! - Visitors that are not listed as a guest at the time of "check-in" are NOT permitted on premises without the host's knowledge (The "guest count" on your original booking will apply in this matter). This is NOT a whole house rental. *Before you ask... Yes! We have had past guests that paid the cost of a room rental & showed up thinking that they rented out the whole house (No kidding)! Most of our guests who travel to Orlando are either visiting family, on vacation at one of Orlando's world class theme parks or for work travelers. We also get frequent guests that book due to flight cancellations, flight delays & during an extended layover traveling to & from MCO Airport. We only offer "pick-up" & "drop-off" to MCO Airport. We do not provide any other transportation services for the duration of your stay other than to and from the Airport. We recommended our guests properly arrange for other transportation( Lyft/Uber/Car Rental) if they wish to travel to other locations in Orlando.
