TV in the kitchen/ sitting area with all the features listed above. This cozy guesthouse is a stand-alone house -only for you and your 2 guests. Free WiFi is included. ★ Always keep the guesthouse front door close & open the windows instead, when needed There are house amenities such as trash bags, stove, cookware/utensils and many more to use during your stay. ★ Please use the gray trash container/Bin outside the guest house in the driveway to throw out trash. You’ll have access to the entire Little house. Your own entrance to the house. **Fenced with a double gate, guests will need to open and close. You’ll have your own access through the gate and park inside near/ infront of the little guesthouse. **—See instructions on The Gate. There are surveillance cameras on premises. I’m friendly. You may see them watering, cutting the grass, and caring for the yard during your stay. ★ Please keep the house clean during your stay, throw out trash in the big trash bin outside the guesthouse by the driveway ★ Do not park or drive on the grass , plants, & flowers in front of the house . ★ Guest have access to washer and dryer in the house. ★ It is a Quiet Neighborhood, I expect guests with great Behavior.
