So happy to share our home with other travelers; offering a safe, cost effective, clean and comfy stay. This room has 2 different bed OPTIONS (not both in same room) Our home is perfectly tucked away, in quiet suburbia, yet only a short drive to whatever we want. Please understand how big Orlando is and see the GPS estimate images in photos. **GROUPS OF 3-4 will receive multiple/separate rooms with up to 2 in each room. We have 3 rooms and will offer separate based on how many are needed. Pretty self explanatory - what you see is what you get. We have a 4BR 2 Full Bath pool home with 2 living areas, so we have split it in half and offering the other side (2 separate rooms) to travelers. This room has 2 bed OPTIONS, so be sure to let us know your choice. (2-twins in standard) You have FULL access to anywhere in the house, except other bedrooms, unless you booked as multi-room. Please enjoy the home and make yourself comfortable! We are always available, phone, text or App message. Understanding the busy schedule of travelers - and - that we work full time, we may not “see” you, but we are always available. We literally sit on a border of Orlando (32818) snd Ocoee (34761) - in one side of our neighborhood (intersection of Sawmill and Apopka Vineland) and that is Orlando, 32818 - then, out the other side, a block from our house is the Prairie Lake Elementary (intersection of Hackney Prairie and Timber Ridge) which is again 32818. We are more considered “Orlando” than we are Ocoee, since the town of Ocoee is about 6 miles from us - we’re just on the border of Orlando. Orlando, itself, is VERY BIG and stretches over 20-30 miles in each direction. As a reminder, the parks (universal and Disney) are over 10 miles from each other. We are equal distance from the airport as Disney is, just the other way. (Think of it as a triangle) We are in the quiet suburbs, so Uber & Lyft are convenient and relatively inexpensive. If you plan on exploring a lot, you should consider a rental car to maximize your options. This is a host occupied home and PETS LIVE ON PREMISES (one cat and one 25lb dog) We only book one group at a time, so guest bathroom will be private during your stay.
