The kitchen is not open for guest to cook, guest can use the fridge, coffee or tea can be made but not to cook meals. During the stay guests are responsible to clean after themselves the room is $25 because it's small, the kitchen is not open to cook, guest can make coffee or tea and use the fridge. there's an additional fee if guests wants to cook, please let me know an advance. guests cannot access the linens closets and the garage. the room is private with shared spaces, bathroom,kitchen and livingroom Be mindful that its a room inside someone home the bathroom is shared with other guests, the property gets clean every time a guest checks out but when 1 guest checks out there are 2 or 3 other guests in there, they will use the kitchen and bathroom before you arrive so you could see water residue in the bathroom tub and sink because other guests are using it. the property has wifi as a courtesy not an amenity exterior cameras on property
