Geodesic dome next to linear park for bikers, hikers, runners, and featuring horse trails. Spacious with modern features located in a private setting among trees. This creates a natural Florida setting with many birds, butterflies and exotic plants. Open living space featuring three bedrooms (2 queen and 2 single) with three full private bathrooms and walk-in showers. One Queen bed downstairs and the additional bedrooms are upstairs. Large kitchen with modern appliances, dining space at counter or table open to family room, upstairs gathering room for exercise, tv, books or games. Outdoor access private wooded lot with plenty of space and shade. Guests have access to entire house except owners storage. Guest are free to use outdoor space and have access to local park trail through private entrance. Owners will be available and live next door. We are willing to help with local questions, directions and tourist information needed. We can also request tours with the owner of the Wolf Rescue but will depend on her schedule. Rural setting away from traffic noise and tourist areas of Orlando. Publix supermarket, gas stations, drugstores are located within 1 - 2 miles. Located beside The West Orange Trail, a 22-mile long multi-use rail trail owned by Orange County Parks and Recreation. Historic, quaint Winter Garden Village located 15 min away or via West Orange Trail with Farmers Market, restaurants and shopping. Easy access using 429 or 414 from Interstate 4. Better directions can be provided by owner upon booking. We are about 30 minutes to Disney World and Universal Studios. Located in the historical community of Clarcona this area was for many years agricultural and the citrus industry brought the train through. There is still an occasional agricultural train that slowly makes it's way along the neighboring tracks. Today the area is mainly known for horse farms and horticulture. Nearby is Clarcona Horse Park, known for its equestrain dressage shows, and Apopka, sometimes called the Indoor Foliage Capital of the World. This rural community is a part of Old Florida before tourism. There is even a Wolf Rescue nearby which adds to the character of this natural setting. Tours of the Rescue can be scheduled if requested.
