The home is located 8 minutes to Downtown, 15 minutes to Universal and 30 minutes Disney! This cozy guest studio is thoughtfully separated from the main home via an inter wall. The wall has been equipped with sound reduction materials, ensuring complete privacy (After 3 years of hosting we have had no guest complaints related to interior or exterior noise).You’ll enjoy your own private entrance via a dedicated front door located off the driveway. While the studio is connected to central air, a separate window unit allows you to easily set the temperature to your personal comfort. The space includes a private bathroom and laundry room, making it ideal for solo travelers or couples. For added convenience, the studio is equipped wit: Mini fridge, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, TV, and Wi-Fi. Parking is available in the carport. Additional parking also available in the driveway and street. The backyard/ fire pit area is available to guests. The backyard is fenced in for your pets. It is shared with the host however I rarely utilize it. Your stay is completely private, sharing only a roof and one adjoining wall with the main home. Enter through your own street-facing front door and step into a quiet, well-designed space that feels comfortably separate. Just inside the entry, a hallway leads you past a full private bathroom, dedicated laundry room, and closet—everything you need, right where you expect it. The main living area opens into a cozy retreat featuring a plush queen-size bed, bistro table and seating, a warm brick fireplace, and a thoughtfully arranged kitchenette for simple meals (no sink). Full access to owner essentially 24/7 if needed. Contactless checkin by means of a combination lockbox.
