I live in the Conway or "South Downtown" part of Orlando! I love it here, we are close everything!! Located between Downtown Orlando and the theme parks, and very close to airport. There is a quiet lakefront park with benches only 4 minutes away (Crystal Lake Park), and only 5 minutes from the new Hourglass District where you can find amazing food, coffee, wine, and beer! The neighborhood is transitional but quiet and safe. You will want a rental car or uber, although there is one restaurant you can walk to ( bar/biker food) Jonny's Filling Station, the walk is down a main road that is not very scenic, but it is walkable :)) Close to major highways, downtown, Disney, AND airport! 20 min - Disney/Seaworld 20 min - UCF 15 min - MCO airport 10 min - Downtown 5 min - 24/7 Walmart / Super Target Looking forward to having you as our guest!! 🔹 A starter supply of essentials is provided for your arrival, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. For longer stays, guests should plan to purchase additional supplies as needed. 🔹 Bath linens are provided for guest use. The home is stocked with two bath towels per guest for the duration of your stay, plus a supply of hand towels and wash cloths. 🔹 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or weather-related disruptions, as all reservations are subject to the listing’s cancellation policy. 🔹 Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home at any time. This includes all indoor areas and enclosed spaces. 🔹 Florida Environment Notice: As with all homes in Florida, occasional insects or wildlife may be encountered due to the subtropical climate. The home is professionally serviced on a routine pest prevention schedule. While every effort is made to prevent pests, their presence is not always considered a maintenance or cleanliness issue. 🔹 Parking: Parking is limited to 1 vehicle and is only permitted in designated areas for this property. Please do not block sidewalks, neighboring driveways, or fire lanes. 🔹 Laundry is shared. 🔹 Please note there is a toaster, stovetop, sink, coffee maker and fridge. There is no oven. 🔹 One parking space available in driveway. If you have an additional car, there is plenty of free, on-street parking. 🔹 One wall is shared. 🔹 Long term stays are allowed with security deposit and lease executed prior to move in, and guest provides their own linens.
