You will have full access to the house including the garage and pool. Opening and closing the garage must be done via the button in the garage near the laundry room door. The pool is unheated. Please no smoking inside or outside of the house. Please no parties

Cancellation policy
A deposit is part of the total rent payment and is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, the tenant will forfeit the deposit, and the remaining rent will not be charged.
