Combining tropical tranquility with modern luxury, this unique retreat offers the perfect escape for travelers seeking a serene atmosphere just minutes from the city's attractions. **NO PARTY OF ANY KIND OR EVENT ALLOWED** Free and easy parking for one vehicle in the driveway. Located 15 min from the airport, 15 min to Universal, 30 min to Disney, and 50 min to Cocoa Beach. Lakefront Bungalow minutes from Downtown Orlando. Offers queen bed, full bathroom and private covered front porch deck. Upon arrival you'll have your own parking space on the far right side of the driveway. You'll walk into the back yard of the property via the gate on the right side of the house. You're welcomed by the lush vegetation in the backyard area and you will take a short walk down the pathway to the Beach Bungalow. Outside, immerse yourself in the beauty of our private lakeside oasis. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck, kayak on the peaceful waters, or unwind in the hammock surrounded by tropical plants. Direct lake access with private beach includes, canoe, paddle boards, and kayaks. Guests have their own private entrance, patio and hammock. Guests have access to the beach and dock and all water toys (paddleboard, kayak, canoe). Guests shall not venture into the main house or patio if not also renting this. **NO PARTIES OR EVENTS** Security cameras are installed by the front door and down by the beach for guest safety.
