The Junior Princeton is junior in size, but provides all the amenities of a larger home. It is a lovely 1 bedroom/1 bath private home located in College Park. Our neighborhood offers all the perks of a big city with the coziness of a small town. We love the cute shops and delicious restaurants down the road but just a 10 minute drive to downtown Orlando: nightlife, live music, art and shopping. Orlando’s famous Disney parks, Universal Studios and water parks are just a 23 minute drive away. The Princeton is the front unit of our duplex, offering private off-street parking and stylish retreat in a central location. This is a super-efficient space, perfect for 1-2 guests to make their home base. A third guest could crash on the couch but this would make the space a bit cramped. It is located on the street side and may not be the best fit for super sensitive sleepers as there is some road noise. Our home offers one bedrooms, full bathroom, washer/dryer and open layout kitchen. Make yourself at home on our comfy couch, large enough for a third guest to crash on. Feel like some relaxation? Help yourself to our LG TV, Netflix and high speed Wifi. Enjoy complimentary hot beverages of Keurig coffee & tea. Basic amenities are all provided for – towels, dishes, soaps; pots, pans and spices in the kitchen. There are two units on the property - Unit A is the front unit, Unit B is the back unit. Pull into the private driveway to the available parking spots in the back. Keyless entry is provided for your entire stay. You have access to the entire unit – 1 bedroom with queen beds, 3 piece bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen with dishwasher, stove, & microwave. Private off-street parking and easy keyless entry makes for smooth access. Our place is the best kept secret in College Park – at least we think so =). See you soon!
