Quiet neighborhood This unit is located on the second floor of the property and has its own private entrance at the top of the interior staircase, accessed through a shared foyer. You will have exclusive access to your entire second-floor unit—no shared living areas, kitchen, or bathrooms. The first floor is occupied by another tenant/guest, but they do not have access to your unit or any of your private spaces. There are no shared interior spaces between the units, aside from the foyer used only for entry. Your privacy and comfort are always a priority.
