Private room in home. The Perfect Spot For Your Next Getaway!

Clean, comfortable private bedroom and private bathroom in a residential neighborhood. We are located 5 miles from the Orlando International Airport! We are only a 20-25 minute drive from Disney (depending on traffic) and only 15 minutes from Universal. Your room has an entrance that locks from the inside. Very private! Clean, hotel style room. You will have a comfortable, brand new queen sized bed. There is a dresser, desk, and two closest in the room for your personal use. The room includes a smart TV! The common areas of the house (kitchen and living room) are lived in/shared, but your room and attached private bathroom are yours and yours only. We have 2 small dogs named Oengus and Fergus and a cat named Seamus who are very friendly. Besides your private bedroom and bathroom, you will have access to store food items in the refrigerator and freezer. Guests may use the microwave to heat things up but we ask that you please don’t use the other appliances to cook. Please keep in mind the kitchen is shared as we live in the home as well. The washing machine and dryer are also available to guests. We charge a $5 fee per load to help cover the cost of the machine usage and soap. There is also a community pool that is about a half a mile from us and only costs $2 per person to get in :) We can interact with you as much or as little as you want. We are both always willing to answer any questions and can help make suggestions of places to go. We are huge Disney fans and love to talk about all things Disney. If you want to be left alone, that is (of course) not a problem either. We are in a neighborhood right by downtown Orlando. There are a lot of great restaurants in this area and we’re always happy to help make suggestions. The Disney theme parks are around 25-30 minutes away and Universal is around 15-20. The airport is only about 10 minutes away. We are very centrally located. We have parking available for those guests with vehicles. (Please no more than one vehicle). Please be sure to read the directions, so you don't have trouble finding the place. If you have questions, please let us know! Also, if you are traveling from a different country and will not have cell service here, please communicate your full arrival plans when booking. (Check in at 1pm for $20 or checkout at 1pm for $20). Please be aware that this listing is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
