Any damages caused due to misuse or negligence will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in additional charges. No long-term residence, parties, gatherings or commercial use. Stays do not qualify as residence or allow use of mailing address. 3. Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items during the stay. Guests are advised to lock doors and windows when leaving the property. 4. Safety Guidelines: For your safety, please follow all posted rules and instructions (e.g., pool, fire safety, etc.). No Unauthorized Parties: To maintain a safe and quiet environment, unauthorized parties, events, or gatherings are strictly prohibited. To ensure these rules are respected: • If a pet is brought to the property, there will be a $500 pet fee charged to your account plus any damages deemed by the host. • If there is any smoking in the property, there will be a $500 smoking fee charged to your account plus any damages deemed by the host. • If additional guests are found beyond the 2-guest limit, there will be a $300 per extra guest fee charged. • Checkout is at 11 AM. Any late checkouts that are not requested and approved in advance will incur a $30 fee per 30 minutes past checkout time. If the delay significantly impacts cleaning or incoming guests, an additional fee may apply. Please respect checkout time so we can ensure a smooth transition for the next guests.
